SNOW party!!

This cute little holiday party is the perfect way to entertain your little ones and their friends during the holidays. It is even a fun idea for keeping them busy on Christmas or New Year’s eve! It is easy to put together and lots of fun.

We started by making our own Christmas trees. The girls decorated ice cream cones with green frosting and lots of sprinkles and other fun things, creating their own Christmas trees. They had a blast using the sac a poche and got really creative!

What you will need to make your own trees:

  • Green frosting. Make one that stiffens. A good trick is to add corn starch.
  • Pointed ice cream cones
  • Various sac a poche and different piping tips
  • Sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, mini M&Ms and other small candies

After making out trees, the girls played Just Dance while I cleaned up and got set up for the next activity! It was a great way to get out some energy after all the sugar!

Once things were set up, each girl made their own batch of snow! It was a lot of fun! You can find the recipe on this post. It’s super easy and actually cold to the touch!!

They used cookie cutters, and built their own snowmen and snowflakes and igloos. They had a lot of fun creating things and playing with the COLD snow!

All you need for your play snow is:

  • COLD baking soda
  • Shaving cream
  • Trays to play with your snow

We finished up with snacks for everyone! I love this cute little pom pom banner that the girls made. But my absolute favorite is the adorable Penguin Pop bottle!! How cute is that little guy?? He went perfectly with the adorable plates I found for the party!

A snow party is easy to put together and a lot of fun for little and big ones alike. If you are looking for ways to entertain your kids over the winter break, then these Christmas trees and snow recipe might just be the perfect thing!

Enjoy!!
