To make your own reindeer hot chocolate you will need:
Begin by making your antlers and reindeer nose. Melt your chocolates in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Stir after each interval. Be careful not to overheat. When it has started melting, stir vigorously to allow it to continue to melt without heating it.
To make your nose:
Drop a small round drop of white chocolate onto wax paper. Use a small spoon to shape if necessary. Sprinkle red sugar crystals on top of it until it is well coated. If you prefer, you can simply use red melting chocolates. I liked the sparkly look. You will need two noses.
To make your antlers:
Trace the shape onto the back side of a piece of wax paper. With a small spoon fill in the antler shape with your chocolate. Allow to set. You will need two sets (4 antlers total).
When your antlers and nose are dry, you can begin making your hot chocolate.
Pour 1 cup of milk into a large saucepan. Add your 4-5 tablespoons of Nutella. Whisk until the milk begins to steam and the Nutella is melted and well blended with the milk. Add the second cup of milk and whisk until blended. Heat until it reaches the desired temperature. Do not boil. Pour your Nutella hot Chocolate into 2 of your favorite mugs.
With a pastry bag, pipe on your Nutella whipped cream. Add your antlers, reindeer nose, and mini chocolate chip eyes.
