Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Peanut butter and chocolate is one of the best combinations ever! So these peanut butter chocolate cookies seemed like the perfect solution!

A classic peanut butter cookie with a chocolate twist! If you love pb and chocolate then these cookies are for you.


  • 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup muscovado sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter + 1 tablespoon Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder


Mix your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and set aside.

Put your butter and sugars in your mixer and mix on medium-high for 2-4 minutes. Add your peanut butter and Nutella and mix until well blended.

Next add your egg and vanilla. Beat on medium high for another 2 minutes.

Lastly add your dry ingredients and mix just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips or M&Ms (or both!) if you want an extra chocolate kick in your cookies.

Chill the dough for an hour or over night.

Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Bake in oven preheated to 375°F for 5-7 minutes.

Allow to cool before serving.
